Preamble: Serving God as an ordained clergy person in the Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc. is not a right but a privilege that require certain responsibilities and standard of conduct.

• Clergy will respectfully submit to the authority of the Board of Senior Bishops while maintaining independency as a church or Ministry .

• Clergy will seek to grow through regular prayer study (2 Tim. 2:15, Acts 6:4).

• Clergy will ensure that their conduct at all times reflects the fact that thy are in the service of Jesus Christ and His people (Gal. 5:22-26)(Phil. 4:8)(Phil.2:3-8).

• Clergy will not link the name of the Fountain of Life Outreach Ministries Inc. with any commercial enterprise, political parties, or other activities that may cause the FOLOMI to be held in disrepute.

• Clergy will not use their position for personal gain or to exploit those they serve. (Pet. 5:2-4)

• Clergy will avoid acts of any sinful  nature or perversion  , this includes but not limited to engaging in sexual activities outside of marriage, or any forms of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, bestiality, incest, fornication, adultery and pornography  (Gen. 2:24; Gen. 19:5, 13; Gen. 26:8-8; Lev. 18:1-30; Rom 1:26-29; 1 Cor. 5:1, 6:9; 1 Thess. 4:1-8; Heb. 13:4; Gal.5:19-21).

• Clergy will not conduct any forms of homosexual, lesbian marriages, wedding, or civil unions of any kind (Gen.2:24,Gen. 19:5, 13; Gen. 26:8-8; Lev. 18:1-30; Rom 1:26-29; 1 Cor. 5:1, 6:9; 1Thess. 4:1-8; Heb.13:4).

• Clergy will not practice or encourage in the practice of aborting pregnancies due to rape, incest, birth defects, gender selection, birth or population control, or where the mental well-being of the mother are acceptable (Job 3:16; Psalms 51:5; 139:14-16; Isa. 44:24; 49:1, 5; Jer. 1:5; 20:15-18; Luke 1:44).

• Clergy will at all times seek the greatest good of those they serve. This includes referring people to appropriate professionals when the scope of a problem is beyond the professional competency of the clergy person.

• Clergy are to maintain the confidentiality of those they counsel and serve in accordance with scriptural principles and the law of the jurisdiction in which the clergy person serves.

•   Clergy are obligated to support their local  church and  their Central / Parent  Organization financially. Our God has established the tithe as a basis for giving. Every Clergy should also give other offerings sacrificially and cheerfully to  (a) support of the church, (b) the relief of those in need, and (c) the spread of the Gospel.
